What we do with what you send.

Written in plain English, because you're handing us your contact details and your figures and you're entitled to know exactly where they go.

Who we are
Collective Sponsors, an influencer marketing agency. We are the data controller for everything described here. Reach us at talent@collectivesponsors.com.
If you apply as a creator
We store what you type into the application form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the city and country you're based in, the accounts you list with their handles and follower counts, your categories and formats, anything you tell us about your audience and engagement, your rate and any notes on it, whether you're already represented and by whom, brands you've worked with, conflicts or exclusivities, a media kit link, and anything you write in the free-text boxes.
If you send a brief as a brand
We store your company name and website, your name, role, work email and phone number if given, your description of the product or campaign, the categories, goals, platforms, creator sizes and markets you select, your budget range and timing, and any notes on deliverables.
One thing you don't type
Our host tells us which country a submission arrived from, and we keep that with the record. It helps us spot an enquiry that has been aimed at the wrong market. We do not store your IP address, and there is no analytics, advertising or tracking script anywhere on this site.
Why we hold it
To assess your application and place you with brands, or to answer your brief. That is the whole purpose. We do not use it to build a marketing list, and we do not sell, rent or trade it to anyone, ever.
Who else sees it
If you applied as a creator and ticked the second consent box, your profile and figures are shared with brands we are actively pitching you to — that is the entire point of being on the roster. Nothing is published anywhere public. If you sent a brief, it is not shared with creators until you have approved a shortlist.
Where it lives
In Cloudflare's key-value storage, reached only through a password-protected admin page. Submissions are never sent to a third-party marketing platform.
Cookies
One, and only if you are us: a session cookie set when someone signs in to the admin desk, which expires after twelve hours. Visiting the public site sets no cookies at all, which is why you have not been asked to dismiss a banner.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is clearly stale — an application we have not been able to place and have had no contact about for two years gets removed.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will — no questions and no retention argument. Email talent@collectivesponsors.com. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority; in the UK that is the ICO.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that affects what happens to data we already hold, we will tell the people it affects rather than quietly editing the page.
