What we do

We partner directly with major brands to source creators for their upcoming campaign cycles — matched on category, audience and real engagement, not follower count alone.

We send a shortlist of creators to the brand's marketing team. If both sides agree it's a fit, you get booked. We handle the unglamorous middle in between: outreach, rate negotiation, contracting, usage rights, disclosure and chasing delivery. Zero commission is taken from a creator's rate — we're paid by the brand.

No retainer to talk to us

A creator's fee should reach the creator.

How we're paid

One commission, billed to the brand.

0% from creators. Agreed in writing. Paid on placement.

Zero commission from your rate

No application fee, no management fee, no percentage off your rate. If a brand pays you $4,000, you are paid $4,000. We're paid by the brand, separately.

Guaranteed payment

The fee is agreed in writing before you shoot anything, and it's guaranteed on delivery. You are not chasing a brand's finance team; that's our job.

Travel and stipend covered

For brand activations and events, travel is covered in full and a stipend comes on top. Turning up should not cost you money.

Disclosure isn't optional

Every placement is disclosed as an ad, in line with FTC and ASA rules. It goes in the contract, because it protects the brand as much as the creator.

Questions

Straight answers.

How many followers do I need?

There's no floor. Engagement and fit beat reach almost every time — a 12,000-follower skincare account with an audience that actually buys is worth more to a beauty brand than a 900,000-follower general account that doesn't. Apply and let us judge it.

Do I have to be exclusive to you?

No. You can be on other rosters, have your own manager, and take deals you found yourself. We only ask that you tell us about conflicts — an existing exclusivity with a competing brand can sink a campaign after it's signed.

What does a campaign cost?

Creator fees vary enormously by category, platform and usage rights. Our commission sits on top of that spend and is agreed before we start. We'll give you a realistic range for your budget on the first call, rather than after three weeks of discovery.

How fast can a campaign go live?

A shortlist typically comes back within a week of a brief. From there it depends on contracting and content approvals on your side — most campaigns run three to six weeks after the brief lands.

What happens to what I send you?

It's used to assess and place you, and it's shared with brands we're pitching you to. It isn't sold, published, or passed to anyone else. Ask us to delete it and we will.
