How a campaign works

We match you to a brand from your profile, then send an offer with the brand named and the fee stated. Nothing is committed until you have read the agreement and signed it.

Half the fee reaches you within 48 hours of signing and the balance within seven days of posting. We cover transfer fees, so the number you are quoted is the number that arrives. The brand ships product at no cost and it is yours to keep.

Creative direction stays with you. A brief lists the two or three points the brand needs mentioned; past that, the work should sound like you or it will not do its job.

How we got here

We started by referral. One creator, then the one they vouched for, then the one after that. No cold lists and no volume play — a short chain of people who trusted each other's judgement.

That turned out to be the thing brands wanted. A roster assembled by recommendation rather than by scale is a roster that shows up, delivers on time and understands the brief without being managed through it. Brands noticed, and the campaigns followed.

We still work the same way. Every creator on our roster came through someone, and the standard has not moved.

And others we don't list. We don't publish a creator's name without their say-so, which is the same courtesy you would get from us.

What we don't do

We do not charge creators for representation, take a cut of a creator's fee, or ask a creator to buy anything or advance any cost at any stage.

We also keep a small footprint of our own. The work shows up on our creators' feeds rather than ours, which is the point.
